What is VFFS machine?

VFFS is the abbreviation of vertical form fill seal machine. It is a common equipment in automatic packaging production line. Just like its name, a series of functions can be realized on the vertical equipment rack, that is, forming from roll stock into bags, filling materials into bags and then sealing.  VFFS can finish packaging more convenient and effective, save a lot of time and cost. It is mainly used in industrial packaging process.

How Does VFFS Packaging Machine Work?

Make product dosed into hopper and ready for continuous packaging.

Make setting for packaging parameters on touch screen.     

Fix the film roll on spindle assembly and loading to the pouch former appropriately.  

The VFFS finishes bag forming, vertical seal, weighed product filling, horizontal seal and bag cutting fully automatically by itself.

Bags drop onto discharge station and move to conveyor and transported to down line equipment.
